How do mortgage broker newsletters work in Broker Socials?
Broker Socials lets mortgage brokers combine researched stories and custom content in a branded email newsletter. Edit the title, subject and introduction, arrange the stories, then send to your saved audience from a verified business domain. Both plans include a saved audience of up to 500 contacts per user.

Your own stories belong in the mix.
Add a team introduction, a local event or a note about your services. The editor supports links, bullet points, numbered lists, bold, italics and uploaded images. Save each story, then arrange it between the other stories in your edition.
Set a sender name your clients recognise and a reply-to address that reaches your team. Use your own verified sending domain to keep your business’s email identity separate.

See how it works →Can I write a newsletter myself?
Yes. You can write your own newsletter and add custom stories with a title, formatted content and uploaded image. Custom writing and image uploads do not use AI generation allowance. Sending still uses the newsletter send allowance.
Does the 500-contact limit apply to each upload?
No. It covers the entire saved audience for each user, including contacts already saved and pending uploads. Duplicate email addresses count once. Uploads add or update contacts rather than replacing the saved audience.
Can newsletters come from my own email address?
Yes. Set up your business sending domain and complete the DNS verification shown in Settings. You can then configure the sender and reply-to addresses. Your sending domain must be verified before you can send a newsletter.
Can I choose how often my newsletter goes out?
Yes. You can send an edition manually or choose a supported frequency and send day in Autopilot. The newsletter title and subject can be edited to suit the edition, rather than assuming every newsletter is weekly.
Can I mix my own stories with AI-written stories?
Yes. Save a custom story and it appears in the same selection list as the generated stories. Move it into the order you want and use Edit to reopen it. Rewriting generated content keeps your custom stories and their position.
